Fulfillment Terms

Digital services and custom milestones are provisioned according to the project timeline established in your initial discovery call and documented in your signed proposal. Discovery calls are confirmed instantly upon booking. Project work begins upon settlement of the agreed deposit invoice.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the custom labor and immediate resource allocation of bespoke services, custom invoice payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced. For adjustments or cancellations, please contact support or open a case directly in the Whop Resolution Center before initiating a bank dispute. We respond to Resolution Center cases within 48 hours.

Processor Relationship

Avestian is the sole operator and supplier of all products and technical services. Whop acts as our secure payment processing partner and Merchant of Record, ensuring full end-to-end transaction encryption and PCI-compliant handling of all payment data.

SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number during a consultation booking or project engagement, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or active project. Message frequency varies based on project status. Message and data rates may apply.
