All billing goes through Whop, which gives you professional invoices, multiple payment options (cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, ACH, crypto), and a private client portal where your project files and milestone notes live for the duration of the engagement. Weekly updates keep you in the loop without requiring check-in calls.
